Methods of Payments We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, and American Express. and Now Paypal. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Product Returns
We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund on most items within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: returned orders with items missing will either be refused or the missing item amount deducted from the credit. Purchaser must pay all shipping and insurance cost.
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged!
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. The credit will be made within 5-7 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise.
Misprints
At CainLtd we do our best to provide you with the most reliable and
up to date information. In the event that an error does occur, we
reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or
edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error
on our website. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product,
we will accept the unit back and offer a full refund.
